With this increase in demand, our food order processing times have greatly increased also. Poor Man's Cake
1 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 c. water
4 tbs. cinnamon
4 tbs. cocoa powder
Bring all ingredients to a boil and remove from heat to cool. Add:
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min.
